Accommodation and Facilities

There are a variety of accommodation options available to participants, ranging from guest rooms with host families to rented rooms at selected boarding houses.  Reduced-rate meal tickets can be purchased at several local restaurants for the duration of the course.  In general one should allow a minimum of twelve Euros a day for food and drink; a rented room costs at least ten Euros a night. FSI helps participants find housing arrangements prior to arrival in Baden.

Practise rooms and pianos are provided without charge in the Hauptschule Baden.  Master classes are held in the historic Haus der Kunst.  Both buildings are located in the center of town near Baden's extensive parks, whose terraced gardens merge into the Vienna Woods.
